On October 2017, New Hellenic Shipyards have successfully finalized the construction of Launch Boat “GERMANOS I”, which is one of two sister ships.
The dimensions of the boat are L=16.88m, B=5.54m and D=2.30m, it has a crane with lifting capacity 2.54tn at 4.5m and a hook with a maximum pulling capacity 5tn, it has two main engines of 450 HP each, air conditioning and ventilation systems, accommodation area for 3 persons and is fully equipped with navigation & communication systems for A1 GMDSS voyages.
Their design and construction was carried out by our experienced and well-trained technical staff, under the supervision of the classification society.
New Hellenic Shipyards completed the project in time and budget, keeping at the same time high quality standards and full conformance with corresponding rules and regulations.
